Reflect on what stress feels like in your body

We all experience stress differently. Sometimes it can show up in unexpected ways. You can feel it as discomfort in your body, or a racing mind, or the feeling of just being off.

You’re not alone, many LGBTQ+ and other marginalized people experience stress each and every day. Becoming aware of how you feel stress can be a first step to managing it, so that it doesn’t become overwhelming or negatively impact our mental health.
