How we feel about our LGBTQ+ identity - positive or negative - can stem from what what we hear growing up, and may impact our day-to-day emotions and mental health.

We can develop our mental health resilience by being able to identify and name how the cis-heteronormative messages we heard growing up influence how we feel about our identity.

This exercise will guide you through exploring those difference messages and their impact on you.
